Position Job Title: Speech and Language Pathologist Profession:
Speech and Language Pathologist Specialty: Inpatient Duration: 13
weeks Shift: Monday - Friday Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Experience: At least 1 year of SLP experience required. License:
Licensed as a certified speech pathologist or eligible for
licensure in the state. Certifications: BLS, NIH, ACLS preferred.
Must-Have: Experience with neurogenic patients. Experience with
Dysphagia. Open to floating between inpatient and outpatient rehab
as needed. Description: The staff speech pathologist will provide a
full range of diagnostic and clinical services for inpatients and
outpatients. Patients may be classified as infant, child,
adolescent, adult, and geriatric. The services will address speech
and language problems, cognitive deficits, voice and fluency
problems, and swallowing issues. This will be done in a
multidisciplinary team approach. Participation in the team is
expected from the therapist. Candidates must have the ability to
work effectively in a diverse environment. Requirements Required
