Physical Therapy Assistant Location: Burkburnett, TX Agency: Jackson Therapy Partners Pay: $1,301 to $1,501 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Make a real difference as a travel PTA. You will work with patients recovering from injury or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Active State License required to start the assignment. TX or Compact license accepted. Minimum 2 years of PTA experience in physical therapy practice required. BLS certification may be required from American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Experience in long term care or skilled nursing environments preferred. Ability to perform therapeutic interventions including therapeutic exercise, gait and balance training, massage, and patient progress documentation. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Shift: 8 hour days - 40 hrs guaranteed. Weekend Requirement: None.
