Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 4/27/2026 About the Position Job Title: RN Labor and
Delivery Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Labor and Delivery
Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 36.00 Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience. At least 2 years of
travel experience. Level 1 trauma experience required. License:
Current RN License or multistate compact RN License.
Certifications: BLS. ACLS. Intermediate Fetal Monitoring
certificate. Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Advanced Provider
or Instructor. Must-Have: Knowledge of professional nursing theory,
practices, techniques, and procedures. Ability to organize, plan,
coordinate, and evaluate nursing services. Good verbal and written
communication skills. Ability to respond effectively to cultural
and language needs of patients and visitors. Description: Under
general supervision, provides nursing care to a variety of patients
with health problems ranging from simple to complex. Assumes
responsibility for an assigned group of patients. Documents patient
responses to nursing interventions and prescribed medical
treatments and notes all changes in physician orders. Assists
physicians in the examination of patients and performing minor
diagnostic procedures and treatment. Obtains and monitors
physiological data of patients and observes physiological
manifestations. Intervenes when necessary. Administers medication
as prescribed. Initiates, regulates, and monitors intravenous
infusions and blood products. Delivers patient care competently.
Interacts with families and patients in sharing care plans while in
the hospital. Informs patients and families of hospital procedures.
Makes referrals regarding patient care needs to appropriate
personnel. Delegates tasks to support staff. Performs other duties
