for preparing ingredients, cooking dishes according to established
recipes, and assisting with inventory management to ensure timely
availability of supplies. Collaboration with chefs, servers, and
management is key to maintaining workflow and meeting customer
expectations. Ultimately, this role contributes directly to the
reputation and success of the establishment by upholding culinary
excellence and operational efficiency. Minimum Qualifications: High
school diploma or equivalent. Basic knowledge of food preparation
and kitchen safety standards. Ability to follow instructions and
work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Physical ability to
stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights. Legal
authorization to work in the United States. Preferred
Qualifications: Previous experience working in a professional
kitchen or food service environment. Certification in food safety
or sanitation (e.g., ServSafe). Familiarity with various cooking
techniques and kitchen equipment. Strong teamwork and communication
skills. Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and
holidays. Responsibilities: Prepare and cook menu items following
standardized recipes and presentation guidelines. Maintain
cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including
equipment and utensils. Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating
inventory to ensure freshness and minimize waste. Adhere to all
food safety and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe working
environment. Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to
coordinate meal preparation and service timing. Skills: The
required skills such as basic food preparation knowledge and
adherence to safety standards are applied daily to ensure that all
dishes meet quality and hygiene expectations. Attention to detail
is critical when following recipes and maintaining cleanliness to
prevent contamination. Physical stamina and time management skills
