Job Description Job Title : Human Resources Generalist Location : Oklahoma City, OK 73105 Duration : 3 Months Education : Bachelor’s Degree Shift Details : M-F Days Shift Specific Skills : Coordinate full-cycle recruitment for assigned departments Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies Conduct intake/strategy meetings and provide regular hiring updates Source, screen, and interview candidates (phone, virtual, in-person) Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify passive talent Develop and negotiate competitive job offers Maintain compliance within Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Support recruitment events such as job fairs and campus outreach Collaborate with staffing agencies and external search firms when needed SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification (required within 12 months if not currently certified – ANY ONE) General Description: We are seeking a driven and highly organized Corporate Recruiter to support recruitment activities across clinical, allied health, and other assigned business lines. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to deliver top-tier talent efficiently and strategically.
