Job Description:
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Behavioral Health Private Branch Exchange (PBX) Operator can
efficiently perform hospital communication and clerical duties as
assigned. Works closely with physicians and their staff and all
hospital departments to ensure clear hospital communications and
quality patient service. - Must have above average interpersonal as
well as communication skills. - Interactions with employees and
other staff must promote harmonious and cooperative working
environment. - Coordinates outpatient scheduling and appointments
for all physicians. - -
