Job Description:
This role will be responsible for ensuring Paycom's sales
organization is well-equipped with the support, information,
content, training, and knowledge of available resources, and core
curriculum necessary to effectively sell Paycom's current and new
product offerings. The successful candidate will combine a solid
understanding of sales and marketing dynamics with the ability to
map field requirements and corporate resources into a comprehensive
sales enablement program.RESPONSIBILITIESResearch:Conduct and
report on competitive market researchSales Enablement:RFPList
buying strategy/predictive technologyDatabase Growth:Continuously
work to increase the size of the database with quality prospects
byWorking with telemarketing companies to insure the data imported
is accurateResearching other list acquisition opportunities as
directedEntering and importing new prospects as directedWorking
with sales, marketing and IT to improve database
functionality.Assist with marketing list maintenanceAssist with
returned Direct Marketing MailWork with other members on lead
trackingProspect profiling and Data entryCorrecting data entry
errors and contact companies with missing information and updating
the databaseResearching other list acquisition opportunities as
directed and enter and new prospects as directedWorking with sales,
marketing and IT to improve database
functionality.Education/Certification:High School Diploma or
GEDExperience:Must have intermediate knowledge of Excel2+ years in
an administrative rolePREFERRED
QUALIFICATIONSEducation/Certification:Bachelor's
degreeExperience:Experience in a sales or sales support
roleSkills/Abilities:Exceptional written and verbal communication
skills.Must be detail-oriented with a proven track record of error
free work.Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Team player with
strong interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced
environment.Adept at project management and cross-functional
collaboration.Good work ethic with the ability to work within a
