Job Description Job Description LHH is working with a Healthcare
system based in the Southern United States that is looking to hire
an Epic Hospital Billing Analyst for a 6 month project (strong
possibility of extension). The role will be 100% remote. Candidates
MUST reside in the one of the following states to be considered:

Required Qualifications Epic Hospital Billing (HB) certification
required Epic Prelude experience required Minimum 3 years of
hands-on Epic application experience Experience supporting multiple
concurrent projects and system upgrades Current experience with
recent Epic versions and project work Strong experience working in
a ticket-based production support environment Preferred
Qualifications Secondary experience with HB Claims or additional
Epic applications Experience partnering with HIM teams on
integration, testing, and workflow validation Experience using
ServiceNow for ticketing and project tracking Comfortable working
in a hybrid or primarily remote team environment Role Summary The
Epic Application Analyst III is a senior-level Epic specialist
responsible for high-complexity application build, cross-team
coordination, and strategic leadership across Epic implementations,
optimizations, and long-term application planning. This role
provides technical direction, ensures quality and consistency of
build, and drives system and workflow improvements in close
partnership with operational and IT leadership. Core
Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Complex Build Lead
high-complexity Epic build, configuration, and optimization efforts
across modules and integrated workflows Architect and design
cross-functional workflows, system integrations, and long-term
application strategies Maintain deep knowledge of current and
upcoming Epic features, enhancements, and roadmap Review, validate,
and approve build completed by Analysts and Senior Analysts to
ensure accuracy and adherence to standards Review and approve KPSW
documentation and knowledge base articles Project & Team Leadership
Serve as project lead or application coordinator for Epic
implementations, upgrades, and multi-phase initiatives Create and
manage project plans, task lists, and assignments using ServiceNow
Partner with leadership on timelines, resource planning, and
delivery expectations Provide regular reporting on team workload,
ticket metrics, project progress, and optimization initiatives
Participate in cross-team meetings with Technical Leads,
Instructional Designers, and Informatics partners Operational
Support & Oversight Lead daily ticket huddles to prioritize work,
identify blockers, and ensure timely resolution Oversee ticket
assignment and workload distribution, directly or through
delegation Drive system and workflow improvements based on
performance data, user feedback, and organizational goals Act as a
primary liaison between IT, operational stakeholders, and Epic
Mentorship & Team Development Mentor Analysts and Senior Analysts
on build standards, troubleshooting, and project execution Support
onboarding and training of new team members Promote best practices,
consistency, and knowledge sharing across the team Pay Details:
