What you will be doing: Develop strategic case direction based on legal and factual analysis Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal memoranda Take and defend depositions; manage discovery disputes Experience you will need: 2 years of commercial litigation experience (federal litigation preferred) Strong legal research, analysis, and writing skills Effective courtroom and negotiation presence Ability to manage cases from start to resolution No prior transportation law experience required – we’ll train you
