Mortgage Residential Lending Loan OfficerDuncan/Marlow, OK







ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.



Responsible to originate all types of residential, secondary market loans



Responsible for attaining monthly closed loan volume



Responsible for completing customer consultation with every loan application



Responsible for completing application thoroughly and exporting file to processing



Responsible for obtaining some types of documentation on loan applications



Responsible for insuring all compliance documentation is provided to applicants



Responsible for decision critical communication with applicants



Responsible for maintaining Realtor and Builder Call Program



Responsible to conduct outside calls to develop lending market



Community involvement



Support bank locations and other assigned branches as requested



Perform other job related duties and special projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS



Must possess experience with and a working knowledge of residential lending processes, documentation and compliance regulations



Must possess experience and knowledge of current government and conventional secondary market loan guidelines as well as secondary market lending experience preferred



Computer literate



Excellent written and verbal communication skills



Must be able to manage multiple tasks



Work well in stressful situations in order to meet deadlines



Possess excellent organizational skills



Exhibit strong customer service skills



Demonstrate an independent working attitude within a team framework





PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Constant use of computer screens

Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear

Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching

Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday

Long periods of typing and repetitive motion

Ability to lift and/or move and carry 5 pounds
