Oxford Consulting is currently hiring an Insurance Intake Coordinator for our Sunshine Center located in Lawton OK. The hours will be roughly 29 hours per week.Duties and Responsibilities:Intake Coordinator:Run expiring authorization report 60 and 30 days out and notify therapist that a progress report is dueVerify benefits and inform families of their benefitsEnter copay/coinsurance/deductible responsibility in practice perfectGet all authorizations for initial and ongoing sessionsEnter authorization and diagnosis code into practice perfectCommunicate with scheduler on any authorization updatesCommunicate with center supervisors and BCBAs on any authorization updatesCommunicate with insurance companies on a daily basis in regards to client benefits and authorizationCommunicate with parents in regards to insurance related mattersCommunicate with billing company in regards to insurance related mattersDocument in Practice Perfect and master google sheet in regards to all authorization updatesOther duties as assignedExperience/Qualifications/Education:1-3 years data entry experienceData entry experience in a medical office setting preferredSkillsBasic computer literacy of Word, Excel, Outlook, ACCESS, google documentsGood verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational and time management skillsAbility to function independentlyAbility to multitaskJob Type: Part-timeSalary: $13.00 - $14.00 per hourHealthcare setting:ClinicOutpatientMedical specialties:PediatricsSchedule:Monday to FridayExperience:Customer service: 1 year (Required)Insurance verification: 1 year (Required)Ability to Relocate:Lawton, OK: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In personOxford Consulting Services, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
