Job Description:

The Surveyor manages quality scores for carriers and performs inspections of move location and identify supplies needed to complete move.Essential Functions and Duties:

• Make customer service calls and e-mails to customers after delivery
• Strategically schedule calls and e-mails
• Report daily call/e-mail activity
• Communicate with claims department to ensure customer is satisfied
• Visit customer's location and walk through with customer
• Estimate total number of boxes, packing material, etc. will be needed to complete move efficiently and effectively
• Communicate with customer to alleviate any concerns or difficulties with the customer's move process Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Knowledge of company software
  • Good computer skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Knowledge of military move and claims process Required Education and Experience:
    • Required: High school diploma or GED Working Conditions:
      • Indoors
      • Office Environment
      • Sitting for long periods of time
