Site Manager (TETSS-22-0275-W):
Bowhead seeks a Site Manager to support an upcoming Fires Support
Test Directorate (FSTD) effort at Fort Sill, OK. The Site Manager
shall perform as the SM and the Subject Matter Expert (SME) able to
perform tasks in accordance with customer taskings.
Responsibilities may include:
--- Conduct planning, and report on independent operational tests,
assessments, and experiments in order to provide essential
information for the decision making process for acquisition and
fielding of air defense artillery systems and field artillery
systems.
--- Planning and conducting joint and multi-service tests,
reporting on system capabilities and limitations, operational
effectiveness, suitability, and survivability.
--- Planning and conducting force development tests in support of
the combat development process, performing field experiments,
evaluating technology demonstrations in support of the technology
base, and supporting the Army's digitization efforts.

Requirements
In accordance with Executive Order 14042: Ensuring Adequate COVID

Qualifications:
--- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics Science or
Equivalent.
--- Requires at least eight (8) years in management positions with
eight (8) years of military testing and evaluation experience.
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security
clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for
a Secret clearance at this location.

screening and/or random drug screen, and must follow UIC's Non-DOT
Drug & Alcohol Testing Program requirements. If the position
requires, an applicant must pass a pre-employment criminal
background history check. All post-secondary education listed on

Where driving may be required or where a rental car must be
obtained for business travel purposes, applicants must have a valid
driver license for this position and will be subject to
verification. In addition, the applicant must pass an in-house,
online, driving course to be authorized to drive for company
purposes.
