We provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed. You’ll earn hourly pay plus performance bonuses while building real sales and marketing skills. This is an active, face-to-face role where you'll connect with homeowners who already know and trust the Andersen Windows brand. Responsibilities Customer Engagement: Approaching potential customers at their door to identify their needs. Product Knowledge & Communication: Clearly communicating and explaining our products and services. Team Collaboration: Working closely with our call center to schedule appointments. Customer Service: Providing a delightful, human connection as the first interaction with homeowners. Resilience & Adaptability: Ability to handle rejection while being mindful and self-aware. Qualifications No experience required. Previous experience in sales, canvassing, or customer services is a plus. Ability to work independently but also in a team environment.
