What Youll Do: Deliver professional, friendly customer service Build and maintain long-term client relationships Educate clients on skincare products, memberships, equipment, and services Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment What Were Looking For: Customer service experience and/or sales experience (retail preferred, not required) Strong communication and people skills Goal-oriented mindset with motivation to earn commission Ability to work flexible hours (including evenings/weekends) Reliable transportation and punctuality Compensation & Benefits: Pay: $11 an hour uncapped commission ( most sales associates earn $11-$15/hour based on personal sales performance ) Quarterly Raise Reviews with opportunities for hourly pay increases Tuition reimbursement Student Loan payback assistance 401(k) with company matching Flexible Scheduling Associate discounts and free tanning/wellness services Career growth, promotion, and leadership opportunities Old Trinity Management, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
