Job Description:
Global Payments Inc., a leader in payment technology and
software solutions, is seeking a Strategic Partner Sales Manager
for Financial Institutions to expand our global impact through
strategic partnerships and innovative financial solutions. This
role involves identifying potential partner organizations, crafting
impactful strategies, and nurturing durable relationships to foster
business growth and market expansion required for continuously
revolutionizing the payment landscape. Identify and prospect for
potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
Cultivate relationships with potential partners in the financial
services industry to secure long-term engagements. Plan approaches
and pitches that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and
objectives. Participate in pricing the solution/service. Handle
objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working
through differences to a positive conclusion. Use a variety of
styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately. Present new products
and services and enhance existing relationships. Work with
technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer
needs. Arrange and participate in internal and external client
debriefs. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to
close Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills Adept at managing
various stakeholders Strong business sense and industry expertise
Experience in financial services and payment systems Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Certified Sales Professional (CSP) Project Management Professional
(PMP) certification is a plus
