programs in Cheyenne, WY. Lead clinical operations at a residential
treatment center for adolescent males, ensuring fidelity to the
Living in Balance curriculum and regulatory compliance. Supervise
and mentor clinical staff, oversee quality assurance, and integrate
recovery with vocational goals. Serve as a public ambassador,
building partnerships with referral agencies, juvenile justice, and
healthcare providers. Partner with leadership on strategic
planning, program development, and community outreach. Required
qualifications include a Master’s degree in a related field,
independent licensure (LCSW, LPC, or equivalent), and 7–10 years of
leadership experience in adolescent behavioral health or substance
abuse recovery. Strong supervisory, public speaking, and
stakeholder engagement skills are essential. This full-time role
