Full-time Description Average hourly rate is $15.00 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.) Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of foster youth? Blue Skies is looking for full-time Youth Care Workers to join our positive and supportive team! What You’ll Do: As a Youth Care Worker, you’ll be right there on the front lines, helping young people navigate their challenges in a fun and therapeutic environment. You’ll lead activities, teach daily routines, and support our youth in communicating their needs and goals. Plus, you’ll get to transport residents to appointments and engage them in all kinds of cool activities!
